While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.

The Plantrix platform, including its features, design, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plantrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease
• You may export your data for 30 days after termination
• We will delete your data according to our retention policy

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. In the early access phase we may or may not notify users of changed terms

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
